Explain Your Job in One Sentence

If someone asks what you do, can you answer in one sentence?

Try this formula:

I help [who] do [what] so they can [result].

For example:

“I help hotels improve guest satisfaction so they can increase repeat business.”

Simple.

Clear.

Memorable.

If you can’t explain your work in one sentence, keep practicing until you can.
